How can I track my order?

When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 12:00pm Monday-Friday will ship the same day.  If you have chosen to have your order shipped by the United States Post Office, then we may be able to ship it on Saturday.  Please contact us for availability of Saturday shipping.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

This depends on where you live and which shipping option you choose.  We ship our orders from Northport, AL.  The closer you are to us, the less time it will take for your order to arrive.  Certain shipping methods will arrive more quickly than others.  For estimated delivery times, please read the sections entitled "Detailed Descriptions of Post Office Shipping Options" and "Detailed Descriptions of UPS Shipping Options."

I need my order by a specific day! What should I do?!

If it is very important that your order arrives by a specific day and you are planning on placing your order online, then we suggest that you do one of two things.  The first option is to call us before placing your order online and allow us to advise you as to which shipping options will guarantee that your order arrives on time.  (You can also contact us via e-mail, but for this situation we recommend calling.)

The second option is to read the detailed descriptions of shipping methods very carefully before placing your order, and choose a shipping option based on that information. Then, as you are placing your order online, write a note in the "Customer Comments or Requests" box that lets us know exactly when you need your order to arrive.  If we know when you need the order to arrive and we think there is any chance that it will not arrive by then, we will contact you.

If it is very important that your order arrives by a specific day and you are planning on placing your order over the phone, then we will be able to help you choose the best shipping option in the course of taking your order over the phone.  Simply let the person who takes your order know what day and time you need it to arrive. 

Detailed Descriptions of Post Office Shipping Options

Unlike UPS, the United States Post Office does deliver on Saturdays.

First Class Mail - This option is available for packages that weigh less than 13oz.  The United States Post Office does not guarantee a specific date of delivery for packages shipped via First Class Mail.  However, if you live in the continental United States, you ought to receive your order within a week (and hopefully less).

Priority Mail - If your order weighs more than 13oz, then your least expensive shipping option will be either Post Office Priority Mail or UPS Ground.  The United States Post Office does not guarantee a specific date of delivery for packages shipped via Priority Mail.  However, if you live in the continental United States, you will generally receive your order within 3 business days.  Shipping charges are calculated according to weight, and vary by pound.

Post Office Express Mail - Packages shipped via Express Mail Monday-Friday are delivered to most locations overnight. Packages shipped on Saturday will arrive on Monday.  Orders placed on Sunday will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.  This is the only service for which the Post Office offers a guaranteed delivery time and date (except for APO and FPO addresses). The Post Office also asks for a signature at the time of delivery. We do request that the Post Office waive that requirement on small orders but the ultimate decision is up to the mail carrier delivering the package.

IMPORTANT: Unlike the Post Office, UPS does not ship on Saturdays.  If you place your order after 12:00pm on a Friday and choose UPS shipping, we may not be able to ship it until Monday.  If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday and choose UPS shipping, we definitely will not be able to ship it until Monday.

UPS Ground -

UPS 3-Day Select - Packages shipped via UPS 3-Day Select are guaranteed to arrive in three business days. The graph below shows exactly when your order will arrive.

UPS 2nd Day Air - Packages shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air are guaranteed to arrive in two business days. The graph below shows exactly when your order will arrive.

UPS Next Day Air Saver - Packages shipped via UPS Next Day Air Saver Please remember that UPS does not ship over the weekend.  If you place your order after 12:00pm on a Friday and choose UPS shipping, we may not be able to ship it until Monday.  If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday and choose UPS shipping, we definitely will not be able to ship it until Monday.
